We are looking for a motorcycle Sales Executive  to join our busy and highly successful sales team selling one of the UK motorcycle market’s top brands with development plans to become a Store Manager reporting to our GM / MD. You should already have sales experience from within a motorcycle or automotive retail environment as a Sales Executive together with a proven track record of success. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: – To manage and develop all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries. – To maximise the sale and profitability of all new and used motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal. – To ensure that all key performance indicators and target objectives are met. – To maximise the sale of finance and insurance products together with clothing & accessories as part of the sale process. – To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. – Using established follow up & prospecting systems, maximise customer loyalty and retention. – To assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policy and procedures.

 

Ducati Technician

 

We are looking for a fully qualified, experienced motorcycle technician to work in our premium franchised dealership with one of the motorcycle market’s most iconic brands. Reporting to the proprietor, the successful candidate must have experience of modern motorcycles and be able to use current diagnostic equipment.  You will also be required to talk to customers and as such you must be able to communicate clearly and provide technical explanations in a way that is easily understood.  We will offer full training in Italy and factory training courses through out the year.

 

After Sales Manager

 

We are looking for an experienced After Sales Manager who will be able to bring their passion and enthusiasm for the Workshop / Parts into a leading motorcycle franchised dealership. Working with one of the world’s most successful and exciting motorcycle brands we are looking for a  Workshop Manager to join our highly successful team. This role will primarily be responsible for maximising the potential of the workshop department by responding to customers’ enquiries and needs in a professional and timely manner. Key responsibilities and duties are: – Manage the workshop and customer service activities together with staff competencies in these areas, so as to optimise and sustain performance and customer satisfaction. – Manage the upkeep and condition of all equipment and fixtures of the workshop. – Manage and maintain the effectiveness of relevant workshop IT and other essential in-store systems. – Be the key interface between the workshop and customers making sure that all relevant work is being carried out correctly and in a timely manner, keeping customers appraised of progress where necessary. – Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to company approval.
