EVOLUTION NEVER STOPS

Claudio took a short break from introducing the new models, to talk about the how the company has changed over the last 10 years.

Ducati as a company has always stood for STYLE, SOPHISTICATION, and PERFORMANCE, but now there is a new wind in the company. Ducati is now more than RED

YELLOW – The SCRAMBLER brand was brand new to the group of products from 2015. Bringing a youthful, free spirit, and a more acccessible way to enter motorcycling.

BLACK – The Black World of XDiavel, is built on the concept of rider enjoyment of slower riding. The new XDiavel has been another successful addition to the Ducati family, introducing a new style of rider to the Italian brand.

MAINTENENACE & RELIABILITY.
Two words not always synonymous with the Italian brand, Increased reliability and lower maintenance costs are now a real thing, with increased service intervals, lower maintenance costs, improved reliability, with every new model release.

SAFETY
Putting the rider first, Ducati are improving safety features all the time. Claudio mentioned how the company have stayed with the development of D-Air (where 20ms could save your life).

DUCATI APPROVED
The Italian brand is often seen as exotic and out of reach for many riders. With the introduction of Ducati Approved (Pre-Owned Certified) the aim is to make owning a Ducati a viable option for more riders. All Ducato Approved models undergo a 30 point inspections checklist at approved dealerships before they can achieve the ‘Approved’ status. This level of inspection provides peace of mind with a 2 year warranty.

MONSTER 797 – Let’s have fun

The next new model to be presented was the Monster 797. This model was presented as an entry level motorcycle into the Red brand of Ducati. Powerful enough to be fun to ride, yet not intimidating for newer riders.
