In these unprecedented times and following the government’s announcement on Saturday evening we hope you and your family stay safe and healthy.
As a family business that has been trading for over 18 years, we wanted to reassure all our customers and friends that we will continue to follow the Ducati Cares Scheme, a clear and well defined plan in response to the coronavirus (Covid 19) to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers alike.
Although our showrooms will be temporarily closed for browsing purposes from Thursday the 5th November to comply with the latest Government lockdown regulation, all of our Ducati Stores will remain open in the following areas:
SALES
Our showrooms will be closed to the public for browsing. However, our teams will be in store ready to answer the phone, send video presentations, live chat and deal with all your questions. If you purchase a bike online or via the phone, we can arrange delivery to your door in a totally contactless manor, using our discreet unmarked vans. Alternatively, an appointment can be made to collect your bike in a safe and contactless environment.
SERVICE
We can continue to service your bike. We will follow the strict guidelines and ensure this is all done in a contactless way. If you feel more comfortable we can also collect and deliver your bike.
PARTS / ACCESSORIES / CLOTHING
Can be ordered online or over the phone using our click and collect service, or you can opt to have your order posted to you.
