WHO WE ARE
Ducati Manchester Ltd is a UK company comprising Ducati Manchester, [and TA DMC Moto (Stoke) and DMC Moto ( Preston)]. The 'controller' of your personal information will be the company in our group that you are interacting with namely Ducati Manchester Ltd or with whom your information has been shared. A 'controller' decides why and how your personal information is processed. Where this policy refers to weour or us below, unless it mentions otherwise, it's referring to the particular company that is the controller of your personal information.

Information collected when you subscribe yourself or when we subscribe you to our email newsletter database. This may be as a minimum an email address with no other information. It may also include your name, mobile number, post code and motorcycle make and model. This extra information may be used to tailor messages from us to your specific circumstances. This information is never shared with any other parties for any purposes. All marketing emails always include a simple unsubscribe link at the bottom.

The information you give to us includes your name, contact details such as phone number, email address and postal address, enquiry details and your opinion of our products.
Personal information we collect about you: We may automatically collect the following personal information: our web servers store as standard, details of your browser and operating system, the website from which you visit our website, the pages that you visit on our website, the date of your visit, and, for security reasons, e.g. to identify attacks on our website, the IP address assigned to you by your internet service.   • to arrange test rides, fulfil enquiries or information requests.
  • to supply brochures and other material you have specifically requested from us.

Any communication sent prior to your removal request remain lawful.
Objecting to our use of your personal information and automated decisions made about you.
